The Blue Trade App is essentially a classified ads site and app where users can sell and buy products and services from literally any vendor or buyer for said products and services. The App will allow you (hereafter referred to as “you”) to buy or sell any item or offer or procure any service allowed by the App, insofar as any such product or service is permitted by the prevailing laws of the United States of America. By swiping on the screen you will be introduced to products and services across the board, tailored to your search terms, desired location and other parameters. Blue Trade allows you to be in charge of the purchase or sale and acts as an intermediary for said transactions.

What information does the App obtain and how is it used?

User Provided Information

The App obtains the information you provide when you download and register the App Registration with us is optional. However, please keep in mind that you may not be able to use some of the features offered by the App unless you register with us. When you register with us and use the App, you generally provide (a) your name, email address, age, user name, password and other registration information; (b) transaction-related information, such as when you make purchases, respond to any offers, or download or use applications from us; (c) information you provide the Company when you contact us for help; (d) credit card information for purchase and use of the App, and; (e) information you enter into our system when using the App, such as contact information and project management information. Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?

No, this App does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device at any time. It is hereby stipulated that this App is not intended for ‘snooping’ or any other nefarious or covert applications, including, but not restricted to, unfettered data mining or any illegal means of personal data acquisition.

Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?

No, information specific to you or you device is not shared with any third parties. Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to help us improve the Blue Trade App and what it can offer, in keeping with our commitment to excellent customer service and a positive experience for you. You can stop all collection of information by the App easily by simply uninstalling the App at any time. The Company will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the App and for a reasonable time thereafter. The Company will retain Automatically Collected information for up to 24 months and thereafter may store it in aggregate.
